Wolffstrunk

Wolffstrunk is a corporate identity created for a brand of fruit schnapps and fruit liqueurs produced in a private distillery. Graphic reduction and precision characterize the visual identity. A simplified figure of a wolf serves as the design mark of the corporate design system, and the stylized shape of a drop is added to the figure. A movable head gives the mark a humorous character and allows dynamic layouts. The system includes a composite mark, business documents, bottle labels, posters, postcards, a brand book and a short website animation.

A Is Van Os

A is van Os is a book about the history of the Latin alphabet. The book shows the development of each letter across four periods in history. The changes are drawn with clear lines and bright colours, so each transformation is easy to follow. All original letterforms were hand carved in stone and photographed, as a reference to the first letters cut in rock. The hard cover carries a stone image finished with a gravel coating, which makes the surface tactile. The book measures 240 by 240 millimetres.

Fabric

Fabric / FAB is an Exhibition of Sustainable Fashion. The main task in developing the exhibition identity was to create a typographic style. The accidental font used in the design Concept reflects one of the central messages of the exhibition – a call to reduce consumption in the fashion sector, a call for reasonable consumption. Graphically, the solution is based on a cross-type of a pair of fonts-strictly grotesque and openwork accidental font, resembling the folds of fabric.
